I'm Muthu Krishnan, a Senior Product Designer and embedded UX Researcher with 12+ years of experience. I've shipped consumer and enterprise products for Pandora, TAQA, Sharpely, Coherent, Al Hamadi Hospital, Publicis Sapient and Deloitte — across e-commerce, fintech, utilities and healthcare.
My work sits at the seam between research and design. I run the research, then translate it into product decisions that ship — not slides. I'm at my best on problems that involve multiple markets, multiple languages, or multiple stakeholder groups that don't yet agree.
I'm currently open to Senior Product Designer and UX Researcher roles globally, with a particular interest in checkout, payments, and cross-market platforms where research can compound into measurable business impact.
